Contest Dates and Judging the Winners

Contest time: All entries must be submitted (three months) after the September 15, 2011 contest starting date ; (December 15, 2011 closing date).

Final award is ten days after entry submission closes. All decisions by ACWM are final.

Prize awards will be paid by Wire or by Payoneer, your choice.

Rules

1. A Maximum 5 entries are allowed.
2. Duplicates on different URLs are not allowed.
3. All sites must have substantially different design elements.
4. Your white label's CSS file may be modified and approved for use by ACWM making your XWL site a distinct entry.
5. Attempting to add duplicate entries, as to game this contest, will result in the entrant's disqualification.
6. Your white label is bound to and shall comply with our white label terms and conditions. Your edits must be approved by our moderators in order to be a of valid entry for participation in this contest.
7. Images must be non-copyright-infringing and not violate trademarks. We are an "Adult Oriented" Affiliate Program so images can be "adult" but not too hardcore.
8. All determinations in judging the finalists by ACWM are final.
9. All white label owners give ACWM non-exclusive copyright in their respective works for broadcasting and transmission purposes. Further, All right of publicity in the creation of the work (the entrant's white label) is given, non-exclusively, to ACWM and its subsidiaries, contractors and assigns.
