Ok, I've just signed-up with ACWM - why can't I login into my account?

We manually review all new webmaster accounts to check if valid info was submitted. If everything is fine, your account will be approved within 24 hours. An email will be sent to you containing your ACWM username and auto generated password. Make sure you register using a valid email address and it might be a good idea to add our address to your "white list"; on your contacts list. Anyhow, if you don't receive our email in 48hrs contact us ASAP.

I don't own a company can I participate in the program?

No problem, our affiliate program is for both companies and private individuals.

How can I edit my payment info or change my email address?

For security reasons we don't allow password, payment info and email to be edited. Please contact us using ACWM contact form inside your affiliate account and write down what should be changed. We will update your account manually ASAP. In some cases, we might request further details or verifications to make sure that it is really you asking for the change and not someone else.

I have lots of money in my ACWM account but haven't received any payment yet, why?

We don't have payment periods, remember? You have to generate your invoice (it takes 10 sec) and your payment will be sent right away, anyhow you must have a minimum of 100 Euros in your affiliate account before being able to create an invoice.

I received more money in my Payoneer account, what happened?

No, there is no mistake, we pay in Euro and Payoneer works in US Dollars, so we have to convert your money from Euro to $ before sending out. 3% commission will be charged to cover exchange expenses, so if you have 1000 Euros for example, in your ACWM account, you will receive approximately 1310$ (1000Euro - 3% = 970Euro x ~ 1,35 = 1309,5$)

What fees apply to Wire Transfer payments?

We assess no fee for Wire Transfer currently, you will receive exactly what you see in your invoice. Please do not abuse this feature. For example, if you start generating 100 Euros each day - do not create your invoice on daily basis. Remember, that we pay up to 35Euro for the transfer depending on your location - if all webmasters start creating small invoices like this frequently, we may be forced to increase the limit for wire transfers or apply a transfer fee. We wish to keep this service as it is now. So, please use our invoicing and wire transfer services with common sense and good faith.

What about the program options, payments, promo tools & company info?

Do you offer checks for payouts?

We currently only offer Wire Transfer and Payoneer.

Do you offer the PPS (Pay Per Sale) payment option?

We only offer REVS (Revenue share) option at this time.

Do you redirect or restrict high-risk countries?

Yes, for some high risk countries we restrict free chat access on our cam sites Xlovecam and Xlovegay. We also redirect some other high risk / non-converting countries. We can provide, upon request, a list of these countries for if you need to filter out and send this traffic to other places.

I own many sites; can I use your cams/links/promotools everywhere on my network?

You are more than welcome to use our promo materials on as many sites as you wish but please abide to our terms and conditions (no illegal sites, no spam, etc)

Do you allow multiple webmaster accounts on ACWM? I need them to track my sites separately.

Please use only 1 account, we do not allow multiple accounts for the same person / company. You can track sales from multiple websites by adding tracking info. You can add tracking information at the end of the promotools URL. Simply add "&trac=put_here_your_trac" at the end of any AWCM link.

I have membership sites/news sites/boards/opt-in newsletters … can I send emails about your program or sites?

Keep this in mind - WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SPAM. As long as people have consented (OPT-IN) to receive emails/news from you/your sites we have no problem with SOLICITED EMAILS sent out in a non-aggressive way. Please don't send UNSOLICITED emails, instant messages, forums messages and so on, as we will find out sooner or later and your ACWM account will be terminated. If you aren't sure about this we strongly recommend consulting us before starting any email campaign.

Can I use your site content to create my own custom promo tools?

Yes, you are free to build any custom pages, banners, graphics or any promo material using our free content: pictures, free video chat, models bio info, etc.. However, do not use materials recorded from a model's private area, we want to respect our models' intimacy in their private shows. You can use what our models are showing in their bio pages and in the free chat area. Additionally, we'll soon provide quality softcore video teasers that can be downloaded or embedded into your pages.

Can I buy domains using xlove, xlovecam, xlovegay keywords in the domain name?

Xlove, Xlovecam and Xlovegay are registered trademarks and we currently do not transfer any rights to our brands. You are not permitted to bid on, purchase or otherwise register/use the Company's trademarked names, Xlove, Xlovecam and Xlovegay in any domain name or as a subdomain name in any gTLDs and ccTLDs. We won't hesitate to take action to protect our brands.

I have a great idea for ACWM may I share it with you?

You are more than welcome to share your opinions and ideas with us. In fact, we are appreciative to receive your feedback about our sites, promo tools, services and so on. Feel free to contact ACWM at any time. You can also share your thoughts in the ACWM Forum; hearing other webmaster opinions might be helpful in order to make your idea even greater.

Your sites are great but 30% and 20% on FR, BE and CH is low for me, can we work around this?

You should know that there are many reputable cam sponsors giving out less than what we currently offer and there are thousands of adult webmasters happily promoting their sites. Why is that? It's simple because their sites convert better and are trusted by customers. It's the same for our top cam site Xlovecam customers love it and it converts like hell. We may not offer astronomic commissions however we strive to offer a quality service where all parties involved are happy customers, webmasters, models and us too. If our models are happy with their commission they'll provide better services to our visitors and customers - this teanslates into more sales for you and for us as well as guaranteed satisfaction for our clients. Remember, that we also pay in Euros, 1000 Euros is not the same as $1000. We desire the best for our webmasters. Yes, we will help as much as we can. Please use the ACWM Forum for general adult webmaster questions that are not directly related to ACWM. It's better to ask in the forum because if we don't know the answer to your question - other webmasters might be able to help you.
